Flekkefjord - relax your shoulders

On the edge of Southern Norway, nestled between the fjord and the mountains, lies Flekkefjord. You will experience the classic south coast here. a 1,5 hours journey by car from either city. On the very edge of the mainland, facing the open sea, lies the island of Hidra. This small cultural community with much history and a colourful flora, is well worth a visit. The difference in the tide is so little that even the boats have garages!
