On your Lister doorstep you will find magnificent highlands, kilometre long beaches, beautiful archipelago, tall and rugged mountains, cultural landscapes and mature forests.

There is no need to queue to enjoy these stunning natural areas, there is plenty to go round. The network of marked hiking trails crossing the region ensures safe and easy hiking. There are also challenging trails covering undulating terrain and trails suitable for wheelchair users. Hiking maps covering the six counties can be purchased at local book stores, service stations and tourist offices.

The amazing nature experiences are yours to behold, from rock climbing to conquering mountain tops, lapping up the sunshine by the beach or swimming off the many small islands, try your luck at fishing by pretty mountain tarns or cycle amongst myths and old history in Lister's innland landscape.

Should you wish to enjoy a guided tour, small and large groups are welcome. Our guides are experts on the area and they will ensure that you have an enjoyable visit.
